Introduction
This International Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice ("International Notice") is posted by MoonCow LTD ("we", "us", and "our" and the "Company"), which owns and operates a mobile application under the brand name Cashcow that provides rewards for mobile gaming activities (the "Cashcow App"). The Cashcow App and all related services are strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older. This International Notice applies to the Cashcow App and to all of its features and functionalities (collectively, the "Features") available via the app (collectively, the "Cashcow App and Features"). This International Notice applies only to international (non-U.S.) users of the Cashcow App and Features.
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, we are the data controller. We are committed to protecting your privacy within our app. We appreciate that you do not want your Personal Data distributed indiscriminately and here we explain how we collect Personal Data, what we do with it and what controls or choices you have. "Personal Data" has the meaning ascribed by data privacy laws to which we are subject as to each such jurisdiction, but generally means information that can identify you personally, directly or indirectly. By using the Cashcow App and Features, you acknowledge the collection and use of information, and the processing of your Personal Data, in accordance with this International Notice.
1. Information We May Collect from You or about You
We may collect and process the following information about you:
Information (such as your name, email address, date of birth, and device information) that you provide by registering as a member of the Cashcow App, including information necessary to verify that you are 18 years of age or older
Information you upload or submit in relation to mobile gaming offers
Information you upload or submit in relation to our rewards program
In connection with an account sign-in facility, your log-in and password details
Details of any gaming offer completions made by you through the Cashcow App and Features
Communications you send to us, for example to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments regarding the Cashcow App and Features
When you visit or use the Cashcow App, we may, by means of cookies and/or other similar technologies ("Tracking Technologies"), automatically collect additional information about you – such as the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique advertising identifier, your IP address and/or the operating system of your mobile device.
2. Location Data
We may collect information through the Cashcow App and Features as to your real time geo-location where requested or agreed to by you in order to deliver relevant gaming offers and other services that are dependent on knowing where you are. This information may be collected in combination with an identifier associated with your device to enable us to recognize your mobile device when you return to the Cashcow App and Features. You may provide and withdraw your consent for us to access your location data at any time by adjusting the settings on your mobile device. You can also stop all location data collection by un-installing the Cashcow App.
3. Cookies and Other Technologies
When you interact with the Cashcow App and Features, we try to make that experience simple and meaningful. When you use our app, cookies or other Tracking Technologies may be placed in your device. Tracking Technologies are small pieces of information which are issued to your mobile device when you use an application and which store and sometimes track information about your app usage.
The Tracking Technologies we use collect a variety of relevant information, such as:
The type of mobile device you use
Device attributes
Mobile advertising ID
Your IP address
The operating system of your mobile device
Some of the Tracking Technologies associated with the Cashcow App are set by us, and some are set by third parties, such as mobile game publishers and companies that are delivering services or operating features on our behalf.
4. How Your Information is Used
We use your Personal Data and other information that we collect to:
Enable us to provide you with the Services and information offered through the Cashcow App
Administer your account with us
Verify completion of mobile gaming offers
Process rewards
Improve the layout and/or content of the app and customize it for users
Identify visitors to the app
Carry out research on our users' demographics and behavior
Send you information we think you may find useful about our Services or mobile gaming offers
Allow, at your request or with your consent, mobile game publishers to verify your participation in their offers
For advertising, marketing and promotional purposes related to mobile gaming offers
5. Information Sharing
We may disclose aggregate statistics about users of the Cashcow App in order to describe our business and Services to prospective partners, advertisers, mobile game publishers and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.

Mobile game publishers to verify offer completion
Service providers who assist in operating our platform

6. International Transfers
We will primarily receive Personal Data about you directly from you when you use our app. We may transfer the Personal Data we collect about you to our servers in the United States and other countries. Where international transfers are restricted by applicable law, we may transfer Personal Data subject to contractual protections and other mechanisms under applicable law for the transfer of Personal Data.

We place great importance on the security of all Personal Data associated with our users. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data under our control. For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of information will never occur, we attempt to use all reasonable efforts to prevent it.
8. Storing Your Information
Personal Data that you submit via the Cashcow App and Features is sent to and stored on secure servers located in the United States of America. This information may be transferred to our other offices and/or third parties as described in this International Notice.
9. How Long Do We Retain Your Information?
We will retain your Personal Data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which we are processing it. Retention periods can vary based on the type of data and how it is used. For example:
Account information is retained while your account is active
Gaming offer completion data is retained for reward verification and fraud prevention
Communication records are kept for customer service and legal compliance

We implement age verification processes during registration to prevent minors from accessing our Services.
