Sponsor
The "CashCow Weekly Draw" sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Moon Cow Ltd. (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any game developer or partner featured on the CashCow platform (the "Platform").
Agreement to Rules
By participating, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's Terms of Use (https://docs.cashcow.com/privacy/terms-of-use) and Privacy Policy (https://docs.cashcow.com/privacy/privacy-policy). In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use with respect to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules control.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence; (b) hold a valid, active CashCow account in good standing opened with accurate information; (c) are legal residents of a jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is lawful; and (d) are not residents of any jurisdiction in which the Sweepstakes would be unlawful or would require registration, bonding, or filing. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to win. Limit: one (1) account per person; one (1) prize per person, household, and device per Drawing Period.
Drawing Periods
The Sweepstakes is conducted in recurring weekly periods. Each period begins Sunday at 00:00 U.S. Eastern Time and ends the following Sunday at 00:00 U.S. Eastern Time — that is, at midnight between Saturday and Sunday (each, a "Drawing Period"). Eastern Time observes daylight saving (EST/EDT as applicable). The drawing for each Drawing Period takes place at the end of that period ("Drawing"). The Sponsor may adjust the schedule of future Drawing Periods at its discretion, with the current schedule always displayed in the app.
How to Enter
5.1 Entries via Platform activity. During a Drawing Period, entrants automatically receive one (1) sweepstakes entry (a "Ticket") for every USD $0.01 of validated rewards earned through eligible gameplay activity on the Platform, as displayed in the app. Designated games, milestones, or events may be marked in the app as granting bonus Tickets. Bonus-Ticket multipliers do not compound: a given unit of validated earnings is multiplied by either a game-level multiplier or a milestone-level multiplier, never both. No payment is required to earn rewards on the Platform; users are paid, not charged, for eligible activity.
5.1.1 Purchase-derived rewards do not generate entries. Rewards earned in connection with an in-game or in-app purchase — including cashback offers and any milestone whose completion requires a purchase — are paid in account balance only and generate no Tickets, at any rate and with no multiplier. No purchase of any kind can produce, increase, or accelerate Tickets. This is enforced in the offer configuration system, not by manual review.
5.2 No purchase, payment, or consideration is required. All Tickets are obtained free of charge through ordinary gameplay on the Platform. Entrants are compensated by the Sponsor for eligible activity and are never charged a fee, entry cost, or subscription to participate, and per Section 5.1.1 no purchase can produce Tickets.
5.3 Ticket validity. Tickets are promotional entries only; they have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred, and are valid solely for the Drawing Period in which they are granted. All Tickets expire automatically when the Drawing Period closes. Tickets attributable to reversed, refunded, or invalidated earnings are void.
Winner Selection and Odds
At the close of each Drawing Period, the Sponsor will randomly select potential winners from all valid Tickets, in the number disclosed in the app for that Drawing Period under Section 7. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Tickets in the applicable Drawing Period. A single entrant may win at most one (1) prize per Drawing; selection is made without replacement, so each winning position is held by a distinct entrant.
Selection is performed using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The selection procedure is deterministic and reproducible from a recorded random seed together with a sealed record of all valid Tickets, both of which are retained for each Drawing. A cryptographic commitment to the random seed is generated and recorded before the Drawing Period closes, so that the seed cannot be selected or altered after entries are known, and the resulting selection can be independently reconstructed and verified. The selection procedure and its records are subject to independent third-party audit.
Potential winners are drawn sequentially, and the order in which a potential winner is drawn determines the prize awarded under the prize schedule disclosed in the app for that Drawing Period per Section 7: the first potential winner drawn receives the first prize listed, the second receives the second, and so on. The number of Tickets an entrant holds affects only the likelihood of being drawn at all; it does not affect the position in which that entrant is drawn.
Prizes
The total prize pool, the number of prizes, and the prize awarded for each position in the draw order vary by Drawing Period. For each Drawing Period, the Sponsor displays in the app, before that Drawing Period opens: the total prize pool, the number of prizes to be awarded, and the prize corresponding to each position in the draw order. Those displayed terms form part of these Official Rules for that Drawing Period and remain available in the app throughout the period.
Prizes are awarded strictly by draw order as described in Section 6.
Prizes are credited to the winner's CashCow account balance in USD and are thereafter subject to the Platform's standard redemption terms, including the USD $10 minimum redemption balance. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted at the winner's request. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prize pool and structure for future Drawing Periods; the structure in effect for a given Drawing Period is displayed in the app throughout that period.
Verification of Potential Winners
Potential winners are subject to verification of identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, including the Sponsor's anti-fraud review, before any prize is credited. An entrant is not a winner until verification is complete, even if in-app messaging indicates selection. The Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility. The Sponsor may disqualify any potential winner it determines, in its reasonable discretion, to have: (a) used multiple or coordinated accounts; (b) obtained Tickets through falsified, automated, or manipulated activity; (c) provided false account information; or (d) otherwise violated these Official Rules or the Terms of Use. If a potential winner is disqualified, fails verification, or is ineligible, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner from the remaining valid Tickets of the same Drawing Period. Verification is normally completed within 24 hours of the Drawing, consistent with the in-app disclosure ("Winnings are verified before payouts, within 24h"), and in no event later than 48 hours after the Drawing.
Winner Notification and Claim
Verified winners are notified in the app. Prizes are not credited automatically: each prize must be claimed in-app by the winner from the winner's draw list. Prizes unclaimed within thirty (30) days of the close of the applicable Drawing Period are forfeited and may, at the Sponsor's discretion, remain in the prize pool for future Drawings. The claim period runs from the close of the Drawing Period, so any time spent in verification under Section 8 falls within it. The remaining claim period is displayed in the app alongside each unclaimed prize, and the Sponsor will send reminder notifications at approximately seven (7) days and one (1) day before expiry.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to display the winner's Platform username and avatar in in-app winners listings, without further compensation. Winners may request anonymized display by contacting support at [email protected]. Sponsor will not publish winners' legal names or contact details in-app.
Winners List
For the usernames of winners of any Drawing within the preceding six (6) months, send a request to [email protected].
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any Drawing Period) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to award prizes for validly received entries as of the suspension where required by law. The Sponsor's decisions on all Sweepstakes matters are final. Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in the Terms of Use.
Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes. The Sponsor may require tax documentation as a condition of prize delivery and may issue tax reporting forms where required by applicable law.
Disputes; Governing Law
Disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes are governed by the governing-law and dispute provisions of the Terms of Use, which these Official Rules incorporate under Section 2.
