Opt-In Policy
CashCow uses SMS messaging only for identity verification. Messages contain a 6-character code that must be entered on the CashCow platform to confirm phone number ownership or perform sensitive actio
✅ How Users Provide Opt-In
Users explicitly opt in to receive this SMS by:
Visiting our registration page at: 👉 https://www.cashcow.com/?dialog=register
Filling out the account creation form, which includes the following checkbox:
☑ “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including receiving an SMS for identity verification.”
Initiating phone number verification occurs after account creation. At that point, the user is prompted to enter a phone number, and upon doing so, they receive a one-time SMS with a 6-characterverification code.
Attempting to redeem a gift card or other rewards also triggers an identity verification process via SMS to ensure account security.
This is a documented and traceable opt-in, fully compliant with Twilio's toll-free messaging requirements.
Below is are a few images showing the process:
The actual opt-in form users see when registering. This demonstrates exactly how consent is obtained

The phone verification flow users see after registration. This demonstrates exactly how SMS is triggered only when the user chooses to verify their phone number, and clearly shows the user action that initiates the sending of a verification code
